I was supposed to write another chapter in my series about the swiftboating of Bev Harris today, full of links to hard evidence that can only lead to one logical conclusion - a devious, coordinated effort to malign her, and her efforts towards fair elections.  If anyone would like to see some of those links, just post below and I'll provide some without commentary.  Hopefully I'll get this next chapter up on Monday.

The events of the past week however have instilled me with new hope, and I sense a great many of you share that hope.  Indeed, there is a new and powerful excitement in the air here, unlike anything I've seen since Bushboy won slimed his way to another term.

In a world full of darkness, bright shining lights suddenly appeared.  In a world full of ineptitude, real leaders suddenly raised their voices for all to hear.  In a world full of evil, right-wing law-breaking traitors and misfits, two honorable men stepped forward and cried out to us that enough is now truly enough.  No more.  No more.

Here's my opening salvo:

Shortly after Bev Harris' site was shut down by Diebold in September 2003, Bev Harris wanted to set up a new site as a temporary measure, because the California Recall was only a couple of weeks away.  Ignoring Bev's initial (edited) objection, David Allen (her publisher at the time, fired in 2004, and now the overt leader of the "BASHBEV.COM" movement) contacted Tom Flocco's right-hand man, who set up this insecure site.

His name is Robert Mendenhall Jr. of Whitestar Website Design.  He only had a handful of clients.  Besides tomflocco.com, his only other claim to fame was this site for Vreeland crap.  Not coincidentally, Andy Stephenson was a regular at the Vreeland site, as well as moderator at the insecure temp site.

I expect some ferocious attacks this time!

Upfront, I want to speak directly to the trolls...Hey trolls!  Your days are numbered.  The truth will win, and your lies and your never-ending Bev-bashing campaign will come to an end.  My name is John Dean, from Santa Ana, California, this is my personal crusade, and I'm about to show the world what you assholes have been up to.

Bev Harris is a hero - she always was, and I'm gonna prove it.  LEARN IT!    SAY IT!    SPREAD IT!    CLICK ON THE LINKS AND SEE THE EVIDENCE WITH YOUR OWN EYES!  And when these trolls start their crap, whack-a-mole them to death with the truth, for there is still nothing more powerful than the truth, even when only a few people are shouting it at the top of their lungs.

It's time for the real Democrats at Democratic Underground and other sites to take back what is rightfully theirs.

I originally intended Part 2 to focus mainly on Bev's accomplishments in this short series of diaries but breaking research compels me to revise the series, and devote part of this chapter instead to the "BASHBEV.COM" team - the history of their involvement with Bev, their lies and half-truths, and their clever use of long-winded sockpuppets like Neil B Forzod, used not only to attack Bev, but other people involved in our fight for honest elections as well, like Kathy Dopp of Open Voting Consortium (OVC), which had to deal earlier this year with a previous Daily Kos member known as Jamboi.

Troll fighting isn't easy! Joe McCarthy-like impulses can lead someone to see trolls anywhere and everywhere, and must be held in check by logic and painstaking research. It's a dirty job, but someone's got to do it, and I readily admit I enjoy outing them.

To begin, I'd like to publicly state that Neil B Forzod is none other than David Allen, Bev's former publisher, and the team captain of "BASHBEV.COM".

Once upon a time, there was an ordinary woman from Renton, Washington.  She had kids, and grandkids.  She had strengths and weaknesses, as all human beings do.  As a publicist, she led a rather typical American life.  And she had an interest, like many others, in election fraud.  Long before Bev Harris became a household name to those who live 2nd lives on the internets, she had already experienced the wrath of those who make the machines, when in 2002 she received a Cease-and-Desist order from Election Systems & Software (ES&S) lawyers, after publishing public-domain information regarding Nebraska Senator Chuck Hagel's ownership in ES&S, which just happened to count all the votes that led him to "victory" in the first place, except in counties that still counted votes by hand.

Three little paragraphs, from the cache' of Global Election Systems (GEMS) and Diebold emails that were discovered a couple of years ago, indisputably prove that election fraud did take place.

Now election fraud is not the same thing as election theft - as these paragraphs will reveal, the fact that Global/Diebold knew that some voters' votes were not being counted does not prove election theft.

But what if the particular version of software (1.94W) that had all the problems was used only in certain counties?  Only in Dem strongholds?  Would this proof of fraud then also prove theft?

The first step to prove theft in this case is to find out exactly which counties used version 1.94W, and whether those counties appear to be random or targeted.  I intend to try to find out, and appreciate any and all help from fellow Kossacks.

The presence of grass in intelligently designed dino doodoo droppings is an earth shattering discovery, since nearly every scientist in the exciting field of intelligently designed dino doodoo droppings believed that intelligently designed dinosaurs only grazed on plants and small trees.

Vandana has apparently developed an immunity that few other intelligently designed dino doodoo dropping researchers thought possible, allowing her to capture the photos which are bound to be the subject of endless debates for decades to come.

Last night while watching The Pelican Brief, I found myself in the mood to explore unusual/alternative explanations for what the evil ones are up to in the Middle East...specifically, why Iraq?

We're obviously not there to bring democracy and freedom.  Oil certainly seems like the safe and smart bet, although they did try to kill his daddy.

I went online and found this map of the Middle East, and then I noticed something that I always knew, but never really thought about before...

American troops are closer to Israel than they've ever been before, except for Desert Storm.

I will support whoever gets the Democratic nomination in 2008.

If Hillary Clinton is our nominee, I will support her.

If Al Gore runs again and becomes our nominee, I will support him.

If John Edwards is our nominee, I will support him.

If Wesley Clark is our nominee, I will support him.

If Dennis Kucinich is our nominee, I will support him.

If Barbara Boxer is our nominee, I will support her.

If Russ Feingold is our nominee, I will support him.

If John Kerry becomes our nominee again, I will support him.

And if someone else wins the nomination, I will support him/her.

Nothing else matters.

George Bush IS evil.

As a youngster, George was a spoiled brat, immersed in a world of power and privilege, without knowledge, compassion, or a desire to understand what average, everyday Americans go through.  As a young man he ditched the National Guard DURING WARTIME because he was either a coke-head, an alcoholic, both, or else because he could.  99.99% of people who would do something like that would be punished...but not George Bush.

Laws that ordinary, everyday Americans have to live by meant nothing to him, and this total disregard for the law continued as he grew older, bankrupted almost everything he touched, participated in insider trading, and eventually rode the coattails of power to Austin, and then Washington DC.

Incompentency has nothing to do with the failures of the past 5 years.

My name is John Dean, and for over 6 months now, myself and a small group of people have been investigating Jeff Fisher's claims of election fraud, the CyberNET disinformation that took place here at DailyKos, DU, and other sites on the internets, and a small group of disinfo artists known as the Fablecrusaders.

Shrines (for lack of a better term) dedicated to this investigation, and preservation of all evidence, are now open.  Anyone can join, view the postings, and please pay particular attention to the FILES that are uploaded.

`Why were there stickers on ballots in Clermont County, Ohio?'

Serious new election tampering allegations have emerged from an Ohio county, where witnesses allege that stickers were placed on presidential election ballots, RAW STORY has learned.

Several volunteer workers in the Ohio recount in Clermont County, Ohio have prepared affidavits alleging serious tampering, violations of state and federal law, and possible fraud. They name the Republican chief of Clermont's Board of Elections and the head of the Clermont Democratic Party Priscilla O'Donnell as complicit in these acts.
