Mystery Pollster on Exit Polls and RFK Jr.
Mon Jun 05, 2006 at 06:31:17 PM PDT
RFK Jr's Rolling Stone article on the '04 election has created a lot of buzz on the internets since its release last week.
Today, The Mystery Pollster takes a look at the article in Part 1 of a multi-part series. More specifically, he focuses on the section on exit polling and what exit polls can and cannot tell us w/r/t fraud.
I've always been a regular reader of MP and was happy to see him address this topic today. I recommend that you all take a few minutes to read today's post.

Mystery Pollster unearths post 9/11 poll numbers sorted by ideology
Sun Jun 26, 2005 at 09:40:15 AM PDT
I did a quick search of diaries and comments and could find no reference to the Mystery Pollster's latest entry. He was able to obtain poll numbers from a CBS/NYT poll taken 9/20-23/01 which are sorted by the respondent's ideology, NOT political afilliation.

Iraqis to US: "Fuck You" w/poll
Fri Dec 10, 2004 at 06:41:20 AM PDT
There were briefings held in Washington and Baghdad yesterday, updating our "progress" in country.
Here's another objective story from Knight Ridder which contrasts the coalition's talking points with the realities on the streets. Not a pretty picture.
Just another example that, no matter what propaganda is spewed from inside the Green Zone, we're not winning hearts and minds.
An exerpt below the fold, but you should read the whole thing.
Greens to place full page ad in NYT
Mon Nov 15, 2004 at 07:09:49 PM PDT
(Long time lurker, first time diarist...)
So, smart move or a waste of $$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$?
After the clusterf*ck known as election 2004 and the OH recount innitiative, will a third party outreach campaign by the Greens get a lot of people to listen to their message?
Apparently, the NYT ad is only the beginning. It will be interesting to see what kind of momentum this ad campaign can generate...not to mention the inevitable publicity associated with the OH recount.
Press release follows......
